About the Role: As a Band 3 Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including telephone and reception duties, minute taking, and use of hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including telephone and reception duties
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate records are kept
- Use hospital systems to type letters, lock letters, and forward to GPs
- Filing and forwarding case notes to relevant teams
- Record mail and admission/discharge information
- Update SharePoint and upload audits
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Previous experience in the NHS is preferable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £11.67 per hour
