Wentworth James Group is collaborating with a prominent client recognized globally for its custom fabrication and conversion solutions. These substantial fabrications are engineered, produced, and adapted to meet client specifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • HND/Degree in an engineering field (Mechanical or product design preferred).
  • Proficient understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and product development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in 3D modeling utilizing Inventor 2022 (Essential).

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 (To Be Confirmed).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Engage in new project initiatives and enhancements of existing product lines.
  • Oversee design processes from initial concept to production validation.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of product designs.
  • Analyze design considerations.
  • Generate project engineering documentation for new product assemblies and components, including technical specifications, BOMs, and 3D/2D drawings.
  • Build effective relationships with production teams and other engineering staff.
  • Source materials specific to project requirements.
