About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Wienerberger België. As a key member of our in-house maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory's machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless production processes
  • Contribute to the development of our agility maintenance system
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or factory environments
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
