About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Wienerberger België. As a key member of our in-house maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory's equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and downtime
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using troubleshooting techniques and technical expertise
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless production processes and high-quality products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
