We are a leading international company with 16 industrial plants across Europe, North America, and Asia, specializing in custom packaging, converting, and technical films for various industries.
Our mission is to convert industrial challenges into sustainable materials solutions by supporting our clients in their ecological and energy transition.
Job PurposeWe are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious individual with proven sales experience in aerospace consumables or coatings and related chemicals to develop our position as a leading supplier to the Aerospace, Defence, and similar high-tech industries.
The successful candidate will achieve or exceed sales targets using sales and account management techniques, provide consultancy to customers on product selection and use, and increase market penetration and market share for ADDEV Materials.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
- Support and ensure continuity of business with customers through recognized account management techniques
- Develop a time management program and journey plan to regularly visit customers
- Technically support the use of ADDEV Materials products at the customer
- Develop and maintain an accurate market profile and records of key customers, contacts, and specifications
- Prepare proposals, technical solutions, and service offers to customers
- Contribute to the activities and success of the company
- Graduate or similar calibre
- Knowledge of coatings and non-metallic materials technology and aerospace manufacturing techniques and requirements
- Knowledge of specifications and regulations that affect the industry
- Experienced in sales with formal training in sales techniques and recognized account management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; numerate and literate
- Motivated and methodical, good team-working skills
- Self-starter, used to working unsupervised
- Competitive and with a will to overcome objections and succeed in a competitive environment
