About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to enhance store performance and maintain high operational standards. You will be an active participant in daily store activities, ensuring that your team exemplifies the B&M ethos in every task.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving exceptional store performance and standards.
- Lead by example, fostering a strong team environment.
- Oversee store operations, including stock management and recruitment processes.
- Step in as the acting Store Manager in their absence, driving team success and maintaining store operations.
