Site Manager Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a large residential development in Ebbsfleet, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage a team of subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on the progress of the project, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Senior Site Manager to ensure the project meets the required standards and specifications.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience working as a Site Manager for a residential developer.

•⁠ ⁠Hold a valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and leadership skills.
