Struan Lodge Care Home is seeking to hire a Support Worker for daytime shifts.

Our state-of-the-art care facility provides exceptional levels of Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative care for a maximum of 30 residents.

We take pride in delivering a top-notch care service for our residents, supported by our dedicated and cohesive care team.

Support Worker Contract Details

  • £12.10 per hour
  • 22-44 hours per week
  • Paid Breaks
  • £1000 WELCOME BONUS (You will receive £500 after the first three months and another £500 after completing the six-month probation.)
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (Based on a full-time basis)
  • Pension Scheme
  • Uniform Provided
  • PVG Costs Covered
  • A meal provided during shifts

We ideally seek our Support Workers to possess an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

However, we understand that you may not have the necessary experience or qualifications, so we do expect you to have transferable skills and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
