About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Casualty Team in Birmingham or Manchester, focusing on Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims.

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Defendant fast-track and multi-track EL/PL matters, with the opportunity to assist Partners on Catastrophic Injury cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defending litigated claims with a strong understanding of CPR and litigation processes
  • Managing a diverse caseload of Defendant fast-track and multi-track EL/PL matters
  • Assisting Partners on Catastrophic Injury cases
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service
Requirements
  • 0-3 years PQE, ideally with experience in defending litigated claims
  • Excellent knowledge of CPR and litigation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and logically
