About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our Catastrophic Loss team at DWF. As a Senior Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of high value claims, including defendant catastrophic injury, Employers Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accidents matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with partners to manage a caseload of high value claims
  • Drafting pleadings, reports to clients, attending court hearings, and working to court deadlines
  • Prioritizing work effectively and maximizing efficiency in working practices
  • Building working relationships internally and externally to maintain client relationships and develop business networks
  • Providing support and guidance to more junior members of the team

About You

We are looking for a Solicitor with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience, who is technically experienced in and has a real interest in Employers Liability, Public Liability, RTA, and catastrophic injury work. You should have experience handling high value defendant personal injury files and be familiar with working in a commercial environment.
