Senior Account Manager Agency Integrated

We are seeking two Senior Account Managers to join our team at Barker Graves. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in integrated agency marketing, with a focus on CRM and customer experience.
Role 1: Award-Winning Customer Agency
Our client, a leading travel company, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to help drive their CX and CRM campaigns over the next six months. This will involve working closely with the client and developing innovative marketing strategies to engage their customers.
Role 2: Medium-Sized CRM and Integrated Agency
Our other client, a medium-sized CRM and integrated agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their global account team. The successful candidate will work on both CRM and sponsorship campaigns, with opportunities to travel and shoot content for their global brand's sponsorship of sporting events.
Both roles offer the chance to create and deliver exciting work in a collaborative and fun environment. Our clients are based in the heart of London and offer hybrid working arrangements.
To be successful in these roles, you will need a couple of years of integrated agency marketing experience, including CRM and email marketing. You should also have a strong understanding of how customer data and behavioral data inform modern advertising campaigns.
