About the Role

Silver Agency is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving account growth, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple brands.
  • Provide seamless project management, from brief to delivery.
  • Act as the client's advocate, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage client budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and success.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B agency-side experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Commercially astute with a growth mindset.
  • Digitally savvy with integrated marketing experience.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
