SF Recruitment is partnering with a private equity-backed services business to find a Commercial Finance Director. This role will report to the Group CFO and support the Division Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the CFO and MD to develop divisional strategy and drive business performance.
- Provide data analysis, commercial insight, and increase transparency on business performance.
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting cycles.
- Support the financial and commercial due diligence process on all acquisitions.
- Take the lead role in the financial integration of all acquisitions.
- Monitor and control levels of working capital.
- Ensure customer credit risk is managed in accordance with Group policy.
- Perform reviews of commercial contracts and terms therein.
- Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement processes to track sales pipeline and forward revenue cover/backlog.
The successful Commercial Finance Director will be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and experienced finance lead with a background in contract-led environments. Ideally, they will have been exposed to the pace of private equity-backed business.
