We are seeking a Technical Compliance Officer to join our team at Manucomm Recruitment Ltd. This exciting opportunity is for an individual with technical/quality experience gained within a food manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System and ensuring it meets the company quality and regulatory targets. This role requires experience within the FMCG, food, or drink sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the on-site quality management system to ensure compliance with company standards and BRC/GFSI accreditation.
  2. Write and assist with training on new procedures in line with BRC and customer expectations.
  3. Liaise with customers and suppliers on new label projects.
  4. Lead on improving the Technical and Food Safety Culture on the site.
