Technical Compliance Officer

Manucomm Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Compliance Officer to join our client's team in Chippenham, Wiltshire. As a key member of the site operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality management system and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the on-site quality management system to ensure compliance with company standards and BRC/GFSI accreditation.
  • Write and assist with training new procedures in line with BRC and customer expectations.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on new label projects.
  • Lead on improving the technical and food safety culture on the site.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the FMCG, food, or drink sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
