As a Senior Accommodation Officer with Eden Brown Synergy, you will play a crucial role in managing the lettings of temporary accommodation for individuals seeking housing advice and assistance from Slough Borough Council.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process void properties in temporary accommodation to minimize reliance on Bed and Breakfast/Hotel accommodation.
- Manage moves to ensure compliance with the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 and maintain a working knowledge of relevant legislation, statutes, case law, and Council policies.
Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the Council Offices in Slough at least two days per week. Initially, a more frequent office presence will be necessary for adequate training and learning. An increased office presence may also be required depending on service demands.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, statutes, case law, and Council policies.
- Ability to process void properties and manage moves efficiently.
