Job Summary:

A leading manufacturer of safety-critical components supplying into the Aerospace sector is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of Quality Technicians/Engineers and provide training where necessary.
  • Create and deliver a strategic plan for the Quality department.
  • Manage the internal Quality Management System to ensure both customer and legal requirements are always met.
  • Implement root cause and corrective actions into the Quality function.
  • Supplier development and management.
  • Customer quality management.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team and providing associated development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AS9100.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action implementation.
  • Able and prepared to travel nationally and internationally for customer and supplier visits.

Location:

Commutable from major UK cities.
