About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a key member of our commercial project management team, you will be responsible for managing multi-discipline projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Work closely with clients, operations teams, and support functions to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with project plans
  • Develop and implement project plans, including procurement, cost, design, and project management plans
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure all employees have the necessary training and qualifications to fulfill their roles
  • Regularly review team performance and address any issues or concerns
  • Manage absence and poor performance in line with company policies and procedures
  • Establish and implement meeting structures for each project
  • Work closely with operations managers, quantity surveyors, design teams, and procurement teams to develop project plans
  • Drive high standards of safety, health, sustainability, and quality within your sphere of control
Requirements
  • Experience of successfully managing multi-discipline projects
  • Building background with relevant technical Board of Trade Certificate of Competency
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Experience of commercial management and reporting on WIP
  • Full driving license
  • HNC Construction / Project Management or PRINCE 2 Qualification
  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Dynamics, and Project
  • Strong commercial awareness
