Key Responsibilities- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients while consistently acquiring new customers through proactive outreach.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support through various communication channels.
- Learn effective sales closing techniques to maximize opportunities.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to monitor and manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Assist in executing telephone-based sales campaigns targeting specific product lines and services.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in customer interaction and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- The ability to engage with a large volume of existing and prospective clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
This position offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £27,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
