Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients while consistently acquiring new customers through proactive outreach.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support through various communication channels.
  • Learn effective sales closing techniques to maximize opportunities.
Sales Activities
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to monitor and manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in executing telephone-based sales campaigns targeting specific product lines and services.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in customer interaction and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • The ability to engage with a large volume of existing and prospective clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £27,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
