About the Role

We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team of social creatives. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating award-winning work for some of the most iconic global brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social-first content strategies that drive results for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute content ideas that meet client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is always on-point.
  • Work closely with our music brand clients to understand their needs and develop content that resonates with their target audience.
  • Manage and maintain high-quality content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of our social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on content performance and engagement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in an agency or music industry setting.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content that drives results.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, best practices, and trends.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
