We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited.

The successful candidate will work with young people who have Autism and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs, providing individualized support and care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting young people with Autism and SEMH needs in a variety of settings
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Providing emotional support and stability to young people who may be experiencing challenging behaviors

We are looking for a candidate who has experience working with children and/or young people with SEND, ideally Autism, SEMH and/or SpLD. The ability to communicate effectively with young people who may have limited verbal communication skills is essential.
