About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Operations Engineer to join our team at our largest operational facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, including the management of critical technical issues and proactive improvement works. You will work closely with our team to maintain and improve our state-of-the-art technology, including conveyor networks, lifts, and cranes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have at least five years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in logistics and operations. You will be highly competent in your field, with a passion for career development and a commitment to health and safety. You will be computer literate, with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving. You will also have a Level 3 qualification or a relevant degree, which you will use to drive innovation and improvement in our operations.
