Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our supported living service in Bristol as Support Workers. Our client is a leading national disability charity, and we are looking for empathetic, resilient, and robust individuals with a genuine passion for supporting others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks and jobs around the house
  • Teach and develop life skills, encouraging independence and confidence
  • Support individuals to access the community, participate in leisure activities, and engage in social events
  • Provide personal care and support with daily routines
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and other stakeholders
