We are looking for a committed and skilled Senior Psychiatric Consultant to become a part of our esteemed team at Priory Healthcare. In this pivotal role, you will guide a diverse team of professionals while providing care to patients within our specialized psychiatric intensive care unit.
Position Summary:
This position entails assuming consultant-level responsibilities for general psychiatry within our 10-bed male psychiatric intensive care unit, addressing referrals from the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Possess the necessary qualifications and expertise in psychiatry
- Maintain adherence to medical standards and regulations
Candidate Profile:
- Completion of CCT in General Adult Psychiatry
- MRCPsych or an equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a consultant role within the healthcare sector
- Exposure to varied clinical environments
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
