**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and IT-savvy Marketing Administrator to join our team at kream Group ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, recording leads onto our internal system, and sharing them with the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage incoming marketing-generated leads and record them onto our internal system
* Monitor the progression of leads and qualify hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team
* Update our email databases and manage online vehicle stock to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
* Create purchase orders and liaise with our accounts team
* Book accommodation for sales team members attending exhibitions
