SALES AND MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a highly organised and IT-savvy Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Kream. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, monitoring lead progression, and measuring lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming marketing-generated leads and record them onto our internal system.
  • Monitor the progression of leads and measure lead conversion.
  • Qualify hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team.
  • Manage renewal campaigns and update email databases.
  • Manage online vehicle stock to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Purchase order creation and liaison with the accounts team.
  • Manage print procurement for the department.
  • Book accommodation for sales team members attending exhibitions.
  • Comment on messages received via social media and Google.

A full driving licence without excess penalty points is required for this role.
