Job Title: Care Home Shifts

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a reputable Care Home in Dunfermline. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of care assistants.

Job Summary:

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £19.50 per hour. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fully CI Compliant Care Home with Nursing, providing care to elderly patients with dementia, palliative, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor blood sugar levels and administer medication as required
  • Manage wounds and provide wound care
  • Supervise a team of care assistants and provide guidance and support
  • Liaise with the GP and multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered with the NMC
  • Have satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK
