Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Bandrum Nursing Home Limited.

As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist care to our residents and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of care professionals
  • Oversee resident care plans and coordinate care services
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Experience in managing and leading a team in a care home setting
  • In-depth knowledge of elderly care, including physical and mental health conditions
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the care home industry
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software used in care home management
  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting in a care home setting
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care, nursing, or a related field
