About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team at The Creamery Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to expertly guide guests through their dining experience
  • Learn from and share knowledge with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and quality
