We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Worker to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Healthcare Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a healthcare or care setting, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare and care principles, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
