Our client, GNB Partnership Limited, is a well-established niche recruitment consultancy with an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant - Temp Desk. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact and further develop an already established desk, while also bringing in new business to enhance the company's reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, utilizing excellent account management skills to drive repeat business and expand the client base.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, and leverage networking opportunities to build relationships within the niche sector.
  • Collaborate with permanent consultants to provide clients with a comprehensive 360-degree service, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment experience.
  • Write engaging job adverts and job descriptions that accurately reflect the company's values and requirements.
  • Attend client visits and develop strong relationships with both clients and temporary workers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

**The Ideal Candidate**

We are seeking a highly motivated, hard-working, and well-organized individual with excellent time management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months' experience as a temps controller and be able to take ownership of their desk, driving growth and development without requiring close supervision.
