Day-to-Day Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and employees, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and liaising with couriers.
- Prepare standard client letters as required.
- Assist with the organization of staff and office events.
- Support the Office Manager with the management of building security and maintenance items.
- Undertake other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office, such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, and maintaining meeting rooms.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a self-motivated and flexible individual who can use their initiative to excel in this role. You'll need to have either worked in a similar role or be able to demonstrate a professional approach and organized style. Microsoft Office skills are a must, and you'll need to be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team.
