Job Opportunity

PT Renewables is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Manager to lead our team in delivering complex environmental conservation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in managing teams within an environmental consultancy and a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of environmental consultants, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and sign off on major projects, including contaminated land assessments, flood risk management, and environmental sampling.
  • Lead fieldwork activities, including soil logging, environmental sampling, and spill response coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to uphold ISO and environmental standards within our Integrated Management System.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in contaminated land management, site investigations, and environmental assessments.
  • A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel for site-based projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
