Step Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to lead our Passive Fire Protection team.

Our client is a leading provider of passive fire protection services to businesses and homes across the UK, and we are looking for an exceptional Contracts Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end projects from initial brief to sign off, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Estimate and oversee the installation of passive fire protection products and intumescent paint, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Program and coordinate projects, ensuring high-quality execution and effective communication with site management teams.
  • Liaise with site management teams to ensure seamless project execution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend site visits to gather project insights and assist with quotations.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings to monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain relevant RAMs and H&S documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related Contracts Manager role.
  • Proven industry knowledge and expertise in passive fire protection.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
