Step Resourcing Ltd: Fire Protection Contracts Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Contracts Manager to join our team at Step Resourcing Ltd, a growing Fire Protection business. Our client offers a full range of passive fire protection services to businesses and homes across the UK.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a wealth of industry-related knowledge and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related Contracts Manager role. Key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end project and cost management, from initial brief to sign off.
  • To estimate for and oversee the installation of various passive fire protection products and intumescent paint.
  • Programming projects and ensuring they are carried out to a high level of detail, following all manufacturer guidelines in the process.
  • Liaising with site management teams, to ensure that all involved are aware of our work processes.
  • Attending site visits to get a better knowledge of the works required, to assist with quotations.
  • Attending weekly review meetings of how projects are going, ensuring deadlines are being met.
  • Producing relevant RAMs and H&S documents, ensuring that these are adhered to, to ensure timely management of both temporary and permanent works.
