Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HR-related activities to ensure efficient operation of the HR department.

• Produce and analyze sickness data to inform business decisions.

• Manage employee relations activities, including investigations and working with line managers to manage sickness absence cases.

Working Relationships:

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
