About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team in Margate. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for representing clients in disputes involving property law, employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes, and general commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and attend court hearings
  • Investigate and litigate complex cases
  • Draft court documents, witness statements, and instructions to experts
  • Support the team with regularly representing clients in disputes
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of PQE
  • Sound knowledge of litigation processes
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Operate with integrity, demonstrating empathy and intuition
