    • Safeguard resident and home funds, record and reconcile transactions to bank statements.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide clerical support to the Home Manager, including letter writing, memos, and local management reporting.
    • Maintain a well-organized filing system, manage stationery, and personnel files.
  • Employee Support
    • Process employee-related information and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Financial Administrator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Friendly and approachable manner, both face-to-face and over the phone.
