IFA Administrator

Our client, a leading National Independent Provider of Wealth Management and Pension services, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in Central Leicester. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a team of Financial Planners in managing and administrating Whole of Market Client Portfolios
  • Process new business applications and create Client Valuations & Illustrations
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external contacts, including Provider Platforms
  • Plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet agreed service standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Financial Planning
  • Proficiency in using external provider Platforms and Back Office System, Intelligent Office
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly and precisely at all levels
