Construction Manager Wanted for Rail Upgrade Scheme in Cambridge

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our client's project team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of route works throughout the scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of route works on a rail upgrade scheme in Cambridge.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience working as a Construction Manager on route work schemes.
  • Proven background of working for a tier one contractor.
  • Valid PTS, SMSTS and CSCS.

Rate: £375 - £400/day

IR35: TBC

Duration: 12 months
