BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programmes/projects with customer-facing responsibilities
- Proficient in utilizing data to guide business decisions
- Experience managing intricate projects with a variety of stakeholders
- Competence in MS Office suite and/or SQL
- Advanced or Master's degree
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, or PMI
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean
- Experience in operational or technical teams
- Knowledge of IT software/hardware
- Understanding of HGV Fleet equipment
- Experience in recruitment processes
