About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Older Persons and Frailty division, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the care of older adults with complex BPSD and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the team, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care for individuals with BPSD and mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide a user-focused, accessible, and responsive acute nursing service.
  • Provide management supervision to junior staff and support their professional development.
  • Take on a champion role for a special interest area, leading on improvements and innovations within the ward.
