Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Acute Care/Dementia Specialist Nurse to join our dynamic team at Langworth Ward. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to older adults experiencing complex Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess care needs and develop personalized care programs for individuals with severe BPSD and mental health issues.
  • Provide management supervision and support to the nursing team.
  • Take on a Champion role in a specific area of interest, driving innovation and excellence in care delivery.
  • Participate in training programs, such as leadership, coaching, and cognitive behavior therapy, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
