Staff Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team at the Galloway Community Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient-centered care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the NMC.
- Experience in a rehabilitation and care of the elderly setting, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing time effectively in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
