Job Title: Charge Nurse - Rehabilitation and Care of the Elderly

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at the Dalrymple Ward in the Galloway Community Hospital. The successful candidate will have significant clinical experience in rehabilitation and care of the elderly settings and will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Significant clinical experience in rehabilitation and care of the elderly settings
