The Role of National Sales Manager

The newly created role of National Sales Manager – independents and buying groups is a key part of our growth plan. The focus of this role will be to identify buying groups and independent merchants that would benefit from stocking our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise a business plan to assess the market and enter into agreements with buying groups and merchants.
  • Map out independent merchants not part of buying groups and create an approach.
  • Recruit and manage a national sales team to support a nationwide rollout.

Requirements

  • Experience dealing with national buying groups and knowledge of the sector.
  • People management experience.
  • A business driver with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Experience with managing national deals, tenders, and rebates.
