About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Head of Area for Rethink Mental Illness in the East of England. As a key member of our Central Regional Place-Based team, you will play a crucial role in developing partnerships with NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and ensuring that our services are aligned with our corporate strategy 'working together to build communities that care'.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with ICSs to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support services.
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to develop and grow our service offer, ensuring that it meets the needs of people living with severe mental illness.
  • Lead our Service Managers/Contract Managers in ensuring that our services are consistently delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centred care and support in line with contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Corporate Resources, Business Development and Fundraising, and Policy, Campaigns, and Coproduction, to achieve our organisational goals.
