Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Assistant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at our hospital.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have a keen eye for detail, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain patient safety by keeping their rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas clean and hygienic.
  • Strip and clean beds and collect linen.
  • Clean desks, ceilings, vents, walls, blinds, and other surfaces to create a sterile and safe environment.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, polish floors, and replenish supplies.
  • Emptying bins and waste containers.
  • Actively champion a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
