  • Manage the performance of multiple external agency partners.
  • Coordinate across teams, departments, and external agencies to plan and develop creative assets for campaigns.
  • Drive optimization through data analysis, defining key performance indicators, and building plans to deliver them.
  • Create reports and provide analysis on ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns, and website traffic to optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of major channels and platforms, including Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social.
  • Significant proven experience in paid digital media managing a large budget.
  • Ambitious, growth-focused mindset, with a passion for performance marketing and data.
