Job Title: Account Executive - SME to Mid Corporate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with premiums ranging from SME to Mid Corporate. Your primary objective will be to maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow your book of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and promote business growth.
  • Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of your role, including client communication and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet and exceed growth targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial insurance.
  • Demonstrable growth of book of business and commercial insurance background.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with a strong understanding of FCA compliance.
  • Market and insurer knowledge, with good relationships and the ability to work to regulatory processes.
